Although my life has recently been taken over almost completely by planning this project - talking to geneticists, vets and breed experts; researching population genetics and breed health issues; and trying to garner support - I do have other hobbies. Of course I spend a lot of time with my lovely partner, John, and my cavalier, Zack, and my friends and family. I also foster rescue dogs, giving them a loving home environment here until they find a forever home so they don't have to spend that time in kennels. It also allows me to work on any small training issues they have, and assess what kind of home would suit them best. My current foster dog is a 9 year old GSD cross called Ellie, and she's a real sweetie.
Non-dog-related hobbies include reading, surfing the net, playing DnD and cardmaking.
